Probably just my imagination running wild....

Didn't Sun (or some tech company) donate new servers to
ibiblio way back when ibiblio was bogging down? Wouldn't that
be precious if Oracle had to disclose something like that?

Or is it just that my irony meter is broken? Wishful thinking
is very powerful, you know.

Oracle vs. Google paid bloggers to be disclosed
Authored by: jonathon on Wednesday, August 08 2012 @ 12:16 AM EDT
That page lists major contributors who wish to be publicly identified.

IIRC, Google matches employee donations to 501(c)(3) organizations. If so,
then it would not be unsurprising for iBiblio to have received a monetary
donation from Google.
