It is not obvious - false equivalency
Authored by: Anonymous on Monday, August 06 2012 @ 07:37 PM EDT
Bullying was invoked to show that sometimes there is a guilty
party - not to suggest that Big Jake(apple) was beating up on
poor little Jimmy(samsung).

This was to refute the idea that by employing a philosophy of
indeterminacy the conclusion is that both parties are equally
guilty and both are equally right.

Oh yes there us a bully, but it is not a company. It is a country that believes
that everything in the history of the world have been invented within its
borders.

You are arguing these companies are the same, but Apple attacked Samsung, and Samsung is merely defending itself. What would you have them do? Give in to Apple? So by defending themselves, suddenly they are an aggressor like Apple? Give me a break - there is no logic in your comment.
