I liked his style. Thanks for the link. However, there
was something I
didn't like, and that is the description of
Apple vs. Samsung from a neutral
point of view.
Now on the surface, that is how you are supposed to
report such a thing - telling both sides of a story without
taking a position.
But treating Apple and Samsung as simply
two warring parties distorts the
reality. The reality is
that Apple sued Samsung, and Samsung, as the victim of
Apple's litigation campaign, is merely defending itself.
You may often
hear story where two boys are caught
fighting at school, and both are punished
equally, as if
that will serve Justice. However, in many cases, it may be a
bully has picked on a victim who is merely trying to defend
himself, and
treating them both alike will result in a big
