You should have said, "I'm trying to fix this by presenting and defending
Samsung while relentlessly tearing down Apple."

I'm not sure what leads people to believe balance can be achieved through
more bias, just pointed at the other side. I'm sure they mean well, but it
does little for the quality of the debate or the cause of real truth.

I find the portrait painted here of a put upon legal team battling a bumbling,
biased judge and the dirtiest legal tricks in the US to be pretty over the top.

Whether you agree with software/design patents or not, we all knew this
was headed towards a war where both sides were pulling out every stunt
and gambit in the book to win. To read it here, you'd think that Samsung
never did no wrong to nobody. That is laughable if, as you say, you know
the real story.
