I was thinking that the judge should rule that for this specific case, Apple's
patent is valid, but in all future cases, Apple's entire patent portfolio is
null and void, issued by the USPTO in violation of US Statute Law and US Case
Law on what constitutes a legitimate patent.
Consequently, this case is dismissed with prejudice, with both sides paying
their own fees, and Apple being awarded one mil United States Currency in
damages in this case, but that award changes to Apple paying Samsung
US$1,000,000 for each motion filed in every other litigation between the two
parties, that the parties are either currently engaged in, or file within the
next 180 months.[ Reply to This | Parent | # ]

So Apple is trying to change the scoreboard in their favor.
A win without ever having to go the length of the field to
score any Touchdowns! haha...
They don't even give 100yd Penalties in football. lol.. How
in the World do they expect the fans in the stands or the
officials in the Press Box (jury) to render their decision
without having heard it yet? Wow... must think they deserve
to win without even really touching the football. Judge?
Just swing your gavel in our favor already!:O
Gee.... I think every legal litigant in the World wishes
they forego the trial, just to claim instant victory! :DDD
btw.... Apple's must have already chewed off all their
fingernails and don't have anything left to chew on! hehe...
FREAKING OUT at GAME TIME![ Reply to This | Parent | # ]
