Food Fight in Apple v. Samsung ~pj

Except that the Jury have been instructed not to read any press about this
trial. So they're unaffected.

Unless you're calling the jury liers.

I'm not sure that I understand all your arguments but I have to agree with you
that Apple have been pounding the press rather a lot recently

>Apple's statements that they think Samsung 'slavishly copied' the iPhone's
design isn't anything the jury won't be exposed to during the trial.

Yes, the jury will be fully exposed to Apple's lies.

The question is, will they be allowed to hear the truth from anyone?

Remember, these Apple claims have already been tried in court (in England)--and
the judge was so impressed by their utter falsity that he ordered Apple, at its
own expense, to publish retractions.
