Actually I don't live in the US and all I see going on in a lot of the recent
litigation [I've] followed on Groklaw is school yard tantrums resulting in a
shift of wealth from businesses that make stuff people want to lawyers and a
loss of goodwill* on behalf of the plaintiffs.

*As an intangible asset goodwill is a rather odd thing - it's just like
Schroedinger's cat: until some money is paid for it you can't state its value,
but to be able to pay some money for it you need to know its value; it has both
value and no value at the same time (until such time as the box is opened, it is
looked at, its value ascertained and paid).

But the point is does any of them have the S/MSUNG logo on them which is so
similar (sic) to the munched apple logo to confuse the punters that it is an
iPhone?
