I confess, I thought of that myself, but rather than suing them for violating my trade dress rights, as Martyn Williams is writing about Judge Koh's instructions to the jury, a la the Groklaw style, I'm thrilled. I'm so glad that we showed the world that people care about these tech cases and they do want to know all the details. And it's nice that there are so many reporters on this trial, we actually don't have to have a reporter there to know what is going on, for the most part.

They still don't report on the legal aspects fully, and it makes me sure that there will always be a role for Groklaw anyway. But I'm enjoying watching our stuff bloom. I hope zillions more do it, covering more and more trials.

Being incited never occurred to me, I always figured we were inspired. The more
I think about it, incited just might be the better term. Actually, SCO incited,
and pj inspired, would probably be the best description. :)!
