They made evidence public. What is her problem?

Perhaps her problem is that she thinks the decision makes her look bad. In that
case there is an obvious cure.

Not very clever by Samsung. Making the Judge angry is, as SCO
at times demonstrated, not an optimum approach.

I want to know why Judge Koh thinks that perhaps Samsung
now lacks first amendment rights.

Instead of sending the info out to the media, they should have given it to
Reuters, and then filed an emergency motion to seal.
