Has anyone actually suggested that she is bribed? I only suggested that
observing from the outside it is not possible to differentiate between bribery
and bias.
Bribery can be easily defined by law, bias can't. But both can have devastating
effect on the legal process.
So, not being from a country with a legalistic bent, both bribery and bias are
unacceptable.
A country of law can be a country of justice, but it is by no means certain.
Not all laws are defined in the law-book, Nor can they be.

IF it is as a result of what happens in the trial.
I think I remember PJ saying that. A judge must start a trial without bias, but
if he becomes biased as a result of the parties' actions, then that's perfectly
okay.
That's what got RIM into such a mess.
The question is, has Samsung provoked the Judge, or has the Judge provoked
Samsung.
Oh - and for those who didn't read the newspick, Samsung has accused Apple of
falsely claiming Samsung made a press release! What's that about!? According to
Samsung, the press knew about the evidence and asked them for copies. There is a
big difference between pushing stuff to the press, and giving them stuff they're
asking for.
Cheers,
