Smells like SCO all over again. Oh the Stinky Winds of Patents Wars.. Again!

I would not want to be Judge Lucy Koh on this case. She's
getting pulled in every direction on a case no judge in
their right mind would want put in their charge.

On one side she's got two huge litigants shaking hands
before they step into the ring. On the other you have the
peanut gallery (Microsoft, IBM, etc). All with this Court of
Appeals wanting to tell her how to try this case!

Must be maddening and I feel for her. Because no matter who
wins in this court, it's sure to be another 10 years of SCO
all over again!

How does the judge keep up with all of that!

It's like looking into an infinity of mirrors. Just keeping up with the
tit-for-tat exchanges is confusing me and I am only a spectator. Perhaps it
explains why lawyers and judges get so well paid.
