The problem is that it's people who aren't involved in the case that are getting
hurt.

I can understand people salivating at seeing all these agreements, but would YOU
like to see YOUR private documents published for all the world to see, just
because two of your neighbours decided to have a legal scrap?

I wouldn't like to have all my private stuff published as a result of a legal
scrap that I wasn't even party to...
