I was reading the FM Blog about "Apple stands ready to
execute a FRAND license agreement with Google's Motorola
Mobility" which is situate under paragraph four on his
Blog.... While he give you a few links but not the link
for under paragraph four, so I start searching for the whole
brief for "Apple stands ready to execute a FRAND license
agreement with Google's Motorola Mobility" and I can't find
it, Can someone here find the link for that brief? Because
honestly I can't stand "Spin" I won't put the link to his
Blog here because I know you all know where it is.

I don't know, but I would have thought if a UK Judge awarded damages "to
compensate rights holders", then if a MAFIAA-like body held on to them they
would be laying themselves wide open to a "breach of trust" lawsuit.
Oh - and "breach of trust" very rapidly turns into theft charges and
prison sentences. Mistakes can be overlooked, but this sort of thing would be
seen as deliberate mis-appropriation. Prison sentences tend to be heavy ...

The artists had to sue RIAA to get the money that had mp3.com
had been fined in order to compensate the artists.
Same Story, Different Day. You'd think the artists would
learn - the RIAA is the RECORDING INDUSTRY Association of
America, not the MUSIC ARTISTS Association of America.
Musicians are a cost to them, not an investment.
