One other thing I noticed, he called Justice Bryer a "Judge" and
stated his statement on "draftsmans art" in Mayo Collaborative
Services v. Prometheus Labs was innan. Makes you wonder if he belevies the
Supreme Court is the last word on patents.

On the other hand:

Let us know what the rules are, so we can point out that they allow patenting
people.
