Apple Trampled On by Samsung's 50 Million to 27 Million Sales!

Samsung's Smartphone sales are estimated to be well over 50
Million the same quarter Apple lost 10 Million or have fallen
30% from last quarter. So it's obvious who Samsung is taking
sales from! :DDD

But.... here's the kicker; Samsung is on target to sell one
model phone this quarter (GSIII) that will most likely sell
more than all three of their phones now on market. That's a
first and shows Samsung's Smartphones are now more desirable
than even Apple's 4s with Siri!!!

It is my impression that you must infringe all design claims
in order to to be judged infringing. Just "copying" 2/3 should
get you off the hook.

Granted, I got that impression surfing the web, so FACTS may
be entirely different :)
