Doesn't make sense
Authored by: Anonymous on Tuesday, July 24 2012 @ 06:16 PM EDT
If he doesn't like corporate litigation, shouldn't he punish the aggressor?

I agree that at the start, before he got up to speed, he thought google was as
bad as oracle. Hence all those juicy quotes of his that oracle can throw back
at him. But at this point, he has a much better understanding of the issues, so
I wouldn't be surprised if oracle has to foot lots of google's bills.

As far as google not splitting out their costs, there's the question of why
should they? But even if they should, that's easily rectifiable, and saying
they shouldn't get anything because they didn't apportion them properly is
simply petty and mean -- that should be an easily rectifiable error.
