In the third quoted block there as severl spurious "&endash;"
which seem to be artifacts of the HTML document.

Did you really mean to say "reasoning behind the judge's reasoning"?
Or did you mean "reasoning behind the judge's ruling" or
"reasoning behind the judge's decision"?

Netware and Java => Netscape and Java
Authored by: Anonymous on Monday, July 23 2012 @ 07:10 PM EDT
(In that context).

Netware was Novell's server OS, its best version was version
4.x around the time of the events in question. It did not
run applications, only high speed services and a simple text
console.

Netscape was the big commercial web browser and web server
company, whose browser division was (much later) reborn as
Mozilla/Firefox. It is a full fledged realization of the
middleware threat to Microsoft, although it too almost 20
years to get to this point, Microsoft saw it coming.
