This thing is more terrifying than I ever imagined. The dual parallel processors
do not use symbols to indicate '1' or '0', 'True' or 'False', 'On' or 'Off':
they actually use the values of On and Off!
I have two of these systems at home and neither has ever failed to give the
right result of running the algorithm. That is just spooky!
Incidentally, they both use the same algorithm. I cannot make up my mind if they
are both the same four machines or four different machines. After all, in patent
terms, one can make thousands of the same patent protected machine.
Further, unlike Turing's symbolic nonsense, the data input does not use symbols,
but is directly input to the toggled memory devices. The output value is the
actual value of On or Off and the output is both the value On and the display of
the On value, using the lamp.
I am retreating from the scary landing and staying in my room, for now. At least
it only has a single-processor, single-machine, electric processor in it.
