he has shown bias the entire time

this entire case has shown significant bias/denial of facts.
The question is "why?". We can speculate until our eyes bleed
but we won't know the answer. Remember, this judge flew in for
the case if I recall correctly - he was extremely
enthusiastic.

Don't go overboard. I didn't say the fix was
in or anything like that. I said it seems he
just can't see it Novell's way, that they
can't catch a break, and I think he overestimates
the value of Microsoft testimony.

Judges are human, after all. You don't have
to bribe them to be human. He does seem to have
an attitude, but judges do try to be fair most
of the time. But when strong feelings get into
the mix, it's harder for them to achieve it.
