NLA == Newspaper Licensing Agency.
From their home page:
The Newspaper Licensing
Agency provides organisations with permission and access to newspaper content
when and how they need it.
That's permission to copy and access over 1,500
titles either direct, using Clipsearch or via your media monitoring
agency.
Good grief, that's horrid grammar. Here's what I think they
would have put if they could write the Queen's English:
The Newspaper
Licensing Agency provides organisations with copyright permission for,
and access to, newspaper content when and how in the way
that they need it.
That's permission to copy and to access over
1,500 titles either directly, using Clipsearch or via
your their media monitoring agency.
Meltwater, in
this case, is just such a media monitoring agency.
