Thanks to both you and Ian Al. I appreciate both of you sticking up for what I
said.

My "How Judge Alsup did it" comment actually included the link:

the text version of Judge Alsup's ruling. Unfortunately (largely because I
misremembered when Alsup made the ruling), I was frustrated by the time I found
it. I became even more frustrated when it seemed that it might be simply
ignored. That explains why I unfortunately snapped at whoever replied. (It
doesn't make my initials F.M., though.) ;)

It's best if we don't get too caught up in the arguing and keep an open mind
about things. (I have to keep reminding myself of that, too.)
