I would rather trust court records than anything Harvey
and SLTRIB has to say. But assuming Harvey is sort-of-right
for now ....

Based on everything we have seen here, it is not surprising
that for whatever reason, this judge has decided against Novell.

It is also likely that Novell will win on appeal, especially considering
the jury was unanimous on MS being guilty, and with only one hold-out
saying Novell did not deserve money for it.

Of course, we just have to wait to see if Novell actually WILL appeal.
I certainly hope they do.
