...um...you've used Windows? After far too many years stuck
on M$ products, I've concluded that software engineering and
quality control are not M$ strengths.

...M$ missing the issue is not a shocker.
...the EU missing the issue is not a shocker. (They have
other things to do.)

...I'm still a bit baffled by how it took nearly 9 months
for the EU to get wind of this and start moving.

...obviously, given M$'s issues with the consent
decree...the solution is to install an external monitor with
authority to vet and approve their release candidates. ;)
