And Agreed to both. Whatever Microsoft is offering should only be the first brick of several that the EU Commision throws back at MS.

MS really dropped the ball on this one, and I think 31 months is an unfairly
light penalty. My recommendation would be an extension of 45 months (triple
penalty) along with a fiscal fine. I'm not sure how much value the choice
window really holds, now, although it would have been nice 15 years or so ago.
Face it; there is too much documented information on why to avoid IE, if a user
has any tech exposure at all. The only people that will choose IE are MS
advocates and people that just don't have any business being on the Internet.
Oh. I guess that's partially redundant ;)
