Steve Mann, the father of wearable computing, was assaulted in a Paris McDonalds by a trio of McDonalds employees.

Apple's new patent - vertical scrolling

It looks like Apple has just received a patent for the most amazing user interface invention. You only show part of the window and vertically scroll the visible portion, and adjust a scrollbar to indicate the position.

No one's done that before 2007 have they?
