And since you didn't actually answer the question I asked, I'll take the
evasive response to be an affirmative answer to the question asked.
You
are willing to take a well-known process, simply change nothing more then the
formula, and would like that to be patentable.
That's also a pity. The
really sad part is that the patent exchange is supposed to be that: an
exchange.
Knowledge to Society in exchange for a Monopoly
To want to
patent a well known process with the only thing changing being the formula is to
take knowledge from Society instead of giving to. What a sad state to want to
cause such great harm as:
Take knowledge from society + grant
monopoly
in order to receive a little more money.... or perhaps from the
perspective of certain Patent Attorneys, it's a LOT more money.
Very
sad.
