I assume you are referring to the ms-interpretation of one sentence from Flook
that runs rampant on this board.

I would point out that the decision is from the 60s. All of the "software
patents" you complain about were issued well after that decision.

The Supreme Court has had 40 or 50 years to issue some sort of complaint about
all the "math" patents being issued by the Executive branch since
Flook and yet it has not.
