Then enter your email address and agree to their terms of service.
What are they playing at?
Why would any sane person want to 'agree to their terms of service' just to get
some information on this fatastic, revolutionary product?
They really do have a lot to learn

In the announcement the ARM Surface RT is supposed to be available around the
same time as Windows 8. ie maybe November. The Windows 8 x86 Surface perhaps 3
months later.
Both of these will only be sold online or in Microsoft stores.
The reason is, most likely, that there is no margin in them at all. Also the
whole point of Metro is that apps will only be available from Microsoft's app
store and MS will take 30%. Retail stores will not be able to upsell with Games,
Anti-virus, Office, or other stuff. MS wants to grab all that profit margin.
