Looks like another case of Steve Balmer missing the boat.

Microsoft will go after Apple meanwhile Android and Google will steal both their
lunches.

It is time to say goodnight and ride that Brontosaurus in to the sunset Steve.

Microsoft collects 70% of all Android royalties

"Two more Android tablet makers will now have to pay Microsoft a royalty on their products or risk winding up in court. Aluratek and Coby Electronics are the latest companies to be added to Microsoft’s ever growing patent-licensing list, with Microsoft saying that it now collects royalties on 70% of Android-based devices. link

Isn't it time Google put and end to this virtual protection racket.
