... Except that the American court system is heavily biased in favor of
Americans, so yeah... betting the guy doesn't get to see one iota of evidence.
Especially if it's the US Gov. involved.

Like in the case of Senator Stevens of Alaska. Oh, wait ...

Also, prosecutorial misconduct in death penalty cases was
one reason the Governor of Illinois put a moratorium on
executions in that state.

DOJ lawyers will no doubt push for a speedy trial to make it
harder for Mr. Dotcom's lawyers to find the exculpatory
evidence in the steaming heap the DOJ will turn over.

Kim Dotcom Extradition hearing delayed
