Isn't that who the Gates Foundation was set up to help? With everything else
just trying to patch Bills public image?

Nothing new here. I recall years ago, when MS "donations" were copies
of Windows booked at list price.

Methinks you present a very charitable view of the Gates Foundation. Dig deeper
