Do you have a URL for what the SFLC told Shuttleworth? I know what Shuttleworth said, but I notice he didn't say explicitly which key would have to be disclosed. And that's an important bit, in my example where I'm not distributing your modifications I'm sure the SFLC would say that your source code would have to be provided but that's not the same as saying that I have to provide it.
