Monsanto is unlike SCO in that they win.

Wrong! Monsanto is pure evil, but with: lots of money, real patents, successful
lawyers, and plenty of strongmen and politicians in their pocket. Monsanto is as
unlike SCO as it is IBM.

For one thing, as has been pointed out, Monsanto has a nasty habit of winning
litigation.

Secondly, Monsanto doesn't generally go after deep pockets companies.

Thirdly, Monsanto actually owns the patents they use as a heavy caveman's club,
and extortion tool.

I could go on, but it would only make me physically nauseous.
