It seems to me that doesn't change the
meaning much.
At least now, one of the main arguments is
dead.

Umm, the more I read about Judge
Robert's decision, the more it seems to me that he has said it wasn't
unconstitutional. which isn't quite the same thing.
As I
understand it, Judge Roberts rejected the other four justices broad interpration
of the commerce clause and claims he voted only yes because a penalty (for not
buying health insurance) collected by the IRS is really a tax, but Obama has
said it's a penalty, "absolutely not a tax increase.” This is the kind of legal
