I'll cut the judge a little slack. We regulars here at GL know all about
dynamic IP allocation and the need to have Pretty Good Timing
on your logs. Wait till a majority of ISPs start keeping logs (if at all)
for only one or two weeks. Then there's the quaint legal system
in the US where the precedents quoted by the article don't apply
in Indiana. Even when a significant majority of states get net-savvy
