The courts asserted all the original conclusions. They are completely clear that
MS was utterly wrong. And those who brought the action were compensated for
their costs, so they got justices without going bankrupt.

Next time MS try something like that, this verdict will fall down really fast,
and much heavier.

The main point was that the rolling fine for non-compliance was mounting fast.
This verdict means the same rolling fine will be applied again the next time.

Also, note that those who brought the complained have received their money back.
So they can mount a new complaint when they feel MS is wrong again.
