IPwatchdog: New allegations of google copying Java
Authored by: Anonymous on Tuesday, June 26 2012 @ 10:53 AM EDT
Wasn't it 9 *lines* of code, possibly included (by reference) in 3000 files.
And all done by a third-party contractor?

Sounds like hit-digging to me.

I'd have thought we'd have found it otherwise, since we value the truth over
teams here.

Ah, Gene Quinn, the champion of "expanded business models" for patent
lawyers ... at the expense of actual people getting busy producing something
someone else would ever want.

Always available for patent trolls who can afford the very most expensive sock
puppets.

Everybody is ALWAYS infringing on his client's preciousssss IP, gollum, gollum.

Did they run a computer program or was it a person? Did they
remove from what matched unprotectable elements like names
and such.
What that site seems set up to do is SELL a report. I wouldnt
trust it at all.
