The ones that drive me crazy are where they say, "Google didn't bring this
up, so you should now judge it and find against them." If Google didn't
need to bring it up, they didn't need to bring it up. If it ever does come up
where they need to use that type of defense, then you can file something then,
but you don't just get to automatically win an issue without any filings or
hearings or response from the other party. I guess Google will get to oppose
this 50(b) motion, so they are getting a say, but that opposition will basically
boil down to, "They're all wrong."[ Reply to This | Parent | # ]
