Nokia's troubles are self inflicted

My empathy with Nokia as a corporate are fairly limited after I've seen them
skim off government subsidies for new production sites, only to close down the
new sites a few years ago once the subsidies ran out. Moving off to greener
pastures (offering new subsidies) IIRC. Ticked off a few people I'd wager.

Seeing them get the expected return for their partnership with M$ does seem like
poetic justice almost.
