The ROI goes to the funded institution - not to the foundation.

Ahh... that would explain why the Gates Foundation gets the patents on the grain.

The problem is the things he keeps for himself

Allegedly things such as:

1. The exclusive right to sell the products and byproducts
in rich countries.

2. The right to get paid whenever some of the helped poor
become not-poor.

3. The right to become the worldwide sole supplier of any
related technology, through elimination of any market for
competing products, even if given away for free.
