| It could also be a bog-standard DVD player. It's entirely possible for one of
those to have trouble reading a disc.
In fact, I once had to replace the
DVD-ROM drive in my parents' computer because it refused to read some DVDs in
their collection that played fine in my PowerBook. Ironically, that same drive
is excellent at reading sub-par CDs. I currently keep it in an old PC that

It would be even more amusing (but also scary) if their
OS would specifically not perform properly when used in
a trial to present testimony that was negative to MS.

happens all the time.

using FLOSS software now for slightly over a decade. We've never had a glitch
occur.
