I admit I'm actually kind of looking forward to this part.
IBM's counterclaims against SCO ought to be a slam-dunk, and what I've been
waiting for for a long (LONG) time is to see if IBM can pierce the corporate
veil and go after the assets of the principal conspirators in this case.
I was an IBM employee at the time this case was filed (no connection whatsoever
to the case though); I worked for them for several more years and eventually
moved on to a different job. But Novell basically took over the show and
blocked all of SCO's efforts, and the bankruptcy court helped SCO avoid
litigation for years and embezzle all of their remaining assets.
I've waited for years for the Nazgul to get another crack at those folks who
caused all of this, and I hope they get what they deserve.[ Reply to This | Parent | # ]
