In the body of the order, the superscript referencing the footnote of the chain
of assigned Judges has been translated to a mere numeral.

The photo caption in the Salt Lake City Tribune article linked to ("ThinkAtomic
gives startups a head start") gives two different versions of the name in one
paragraph:
"Ralph Yarrow in the Thinkatomic offices in
Orem, Utah Monday, February 27, 2012. Yarro is the former head of the Canopy
Group that was started by Novell founder Ray
Noorda."
Other filings give Yarro as the plaintiff so I
guess that's the correct version.
