You have done, and continues to do, great work here at Groklaw, and there are
many of us here that follow Groklaw passionately (I do include myself in that
statement). I understand that you have been attacked viciously in the past by
others, and that you can get very defensive when you think that someone is
attacking you here on Groklaw. Please understand that I am just trying to get at
the truth as much as you, and that I am not trying to attack you.

I merely pointed out a specific thing that you stated incorrectly about my
statement. I never mentioned the phrase "disputed rights", yet that
term is what you used to try to show that I was wrong. When I pointed that out,
your reply is to counter that "maybe I am wrong" and "perhaps I
have an emotional investment". Well, yes, I have an emotional investment,
in the truth, which I usually seem to have in common with Groklaw, but your last
reply is as factless and slanted as you accuse that SLT article of being.
