Come on, is it really that difficult for someone to understand the difference
between saying "I owned the buildings in my town" and "I owned
buildings in my town" when it is phrased as "SCO held the rights to
the Unix operating system"?
No, it is not that difficult. Therefore it is not misunderstood. Therefore the
people who have posted as if they do misunderstand that, especially after it has
been explained endlessly are posting some simple-to-correct misinformation to
get people to post back arguments to correct their simple "mistake"
that they could then argue back to so as to elicit even more helpful posts
seeking to show how what they posted was so obviously wrong that it just needs a
little bit of explanation to clear up.
There is a word for that.
I don't think we need 20+ posts to argue about that word "the" that
was written by Tom Harvey in an article much like many others he has already
written on SCO.
