Jeff Bezos & Hillary Clinton, together at last for Kindle announcement next week

This initiative “will create a global e-reader program that introduces aspects of U.S. society and culture directly to young people, students, and international audiences in new ways and expands English language learning opportunities worldwide,”

Why does the rest of the world have to get force fed the US way of life? Culture? What culture? We already have enough, useless TV programs and no decent locally produced, patent wars that force local problems, money grabbing, greedy big business that has just about bankrupted the rest of the world while the "dodgey" bankers keep their ill gotten millions in bonuses while the US Goverment bails out the bank. And last but by no means least Mick$oft OS on everything and all hard drives formatted in MS patent ways.
