Well, it would be a way for purchasers of the commercial Qt license to not be
abandoned. Since KDE is not such a purchaser, I agree, they should be happy
with the GPL/LGPL versions already.

My company looked in to the commercial license for Qt and we went with the LGPL
release after doing so; the terms of the commercial ones were Unpleasing to our
legal department....

As I said when the project was announced, "Meltemi" is a seasonal wind. It
blows, and then it ends. The joke was implied from the beginning.
