Yes, they can go home if TSG involuntarily or voluntarily
dissolves as a corporation.
Voluntarily might be tough if there are pending court
issues. But involuntary? Just don't file with the
Delaware department of Corporations for a couple years and
TSG evaporates.

I thought I read a post recently declaring that SCO shares were worth
essentially zip. Couldn't BSF simply raid the petty cash and buy out the
existing shareholders to terminate the specific performance requirement?
It was my impression that BSF has the case still open so they can piously
pronounce that legal action is still underway. That way, they never have to
admit to clients or media that they lost. Reputation among gangsters is
everything. This appears an analogous situation.
