I get the middleware angle now
Authored by: Wol on Friday, June 15 2012 @ 05:41 AM EDT
Add to that we're discussing WP6.

It was only with v9 (the first Corel? version) that WordPerfect became
Windows-only.

(Oh - and that v6 version back then - you know it's both backwards AND FORWARDS
compatible with documents created by the latest version? If I could get v6 to
run on my machine, it would have no difficulty at all reading a document someone
sent me from the latest version?)

Cheers,
Wol

I concur! I still have a printed copy of a WordPerfect document that is about
150 single spaced pages in length. It contained 5 years of my financial
transactions which were entered into WordPerfect tables using decimal tabs.
