Programming is just math? Software patent examples

The idea that the software makes decisions itself is hilarious. The software
does what the programmes programmed it to do. The programmer made all the
decisions that are ascribed to the program when he wrote the code.

If X Then Y Else Z.

So the computer program decides based on X wether to do Y or Z? No, the
programmer told it that if X is true it should do Y, else Z. So the programmer
decided.

If there is any decision that the programmer can not make in advance the program
will use input from the user to decide.
